Carlos Ruiz

Public affairs and strategic communications expert with nearly 20 years of experience advising corporations, industry associations and governments on lobbying, institutional relations and stakeholder engagement strategies.

He has held senior leadership positions at LLYC, including Head of Public Affairs for Spain and Portugal (2023–2025). Previously he was Deputy Director of LLYC’s Panama office and Assistant Director of the firm’s Portugal office, countries where he lived and worked for six years, building extensive international experience across European and Latin American markets.
