David Cierco

Economist and digital transformation expert with more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has held senior positions in Spain’s digital and technology ecosystem, including CEO for the Development of the Information Society at the Ministry of Industry and CEO of Red.es, where he led major digitalization initiatives and innovation projects.

He played a key role in the implementation of Plan Avanza, one of Spain’s most significant digital transformation strategies, and has also held executive positions in technology and consulting firms. His career combines expertise in digital policy, technology, defense, finance and strategic management.
