Pauline Caillat

Pauline is a seasoned public relations expert with deep experience across both the private and public sectors. Since 2021, she has led the People division at H/Advisors in France, where she specialises in internal communication, employee advocacy, and employer branding.

From 2014 to 2019, she served as Associate Director and later COO at Elan Edelman, spearheading major communication campaigns for high-profile clients. She then transitioned to public service, acting as Special Advisor for Parliamentary Relations to the Prime Minister, followed by her role as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Youth and Engagement (2019–2020).
